Job Description and Duties

The Department Water Resources is a highly visible and important organization with responsibilities that require our IT solutions to continuously improve the Departmental services that we provide, and increase access to current, accurate and transparent information.  As part of a talented, high-performing, and diverse team, this application developer position will collaboratively participate in enterprise application development efforts to be implemented with both on-premises legacy technologies as well as newer innovative cloud-based modern technologies and services.  The position will design, develop, implement, and maintain secure web, mobile, and desktop software and application components, perform unit, system, and integration testing, and create technical documentation.  This team works closely with other infrastructure teams, engineering teams, business units and outside business partners to support, administer, and develop enterprise solutions.
