Key Responsibilities
- Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker
- Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Revenue & Performance Management: Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, performance optimization, and operational efficiency. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Event Management: Coordinate parking logistics for special events and venues. Ensure seamless operations during high-traffic periods.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that support growth and expand the client base.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Develop staff to consistently deliver exceptional service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in the parking management industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
- Demonstrated experience in revenue generation and direct marketing
- Event management experience is a plus
- Strong client relationship management skills
