Facilities Office Support

Description of duties:

·         Greet customers and help respond to their needs,

·         Answer facilities front desk phone,

·         Enter work requests into computer tracking system,

·         Utilize hand-held radio to communicate urgent issues to field technicians,

·         Assist with invoice paperwork including scanning invoices into database,

·         Assist with other office management tasks like copier upkeep and supply room stocking

·         Help the Access Control department provide customer service to customers who call or walk into Facilities building for help

 

Preferred skills:

-          Customer service skills - Comfortable with answering the phone and greeting visitors.

-          Proficient at computer use

-          Able to communicate professionally verbally and in writing

 

Who supervisor: Megan Conley

Tentative schedule: Hours to be determined based on class schedule and availability. Facilities Office is open between 8:00 – 5:00 Monday - Friday.

 

Looking for immediate / summer availability and through the 26-27 school year.
