Human Resources Consultant

Therapy & Beyond is one of the largest BCBA-owned ABA organizations, founded and led by Dr. Regina Crone, BCBA-D, since 2006. At Therapy & Beyond, our mission depends on the strength of our people. We are looking for an HR Consultant who balances operational excellence with a commitment to organizational health. You will be a trusted partner to our organizational leadership, championing a supportive culture across our locations in Oklahoma and Texas, ensuring our specialized teams have the high-level HR support they need. This role will join our HR team based in Flower Mound, TX.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as the HR consultant providing pro-active guidance for operational leadership at Therapy & Beyond and Teach Me Personnel. 
  • Complex ER Management: Navigate and resolve high-level employee relations issues with empathy, discretion, and precision.
  • Culture & Performance: Develop and maintain the Performance Review process to ensure goal alignment and continuous professional growth.
  • Operational Resilience: Maintain the integrity of our Handbook and operational policies. Partner with payroll to ensure seamless business continuity.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support the talent acquisition process, ensuring the selection of high-caliber talent for leadership and operational roles.
  • Growth & Development: Identify organizational gaps and implement development initiatives that elevate our organizational capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional HR experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification: PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Travel: Occasional travel within Dallas / Fort Worth, Houston, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with ADP or similar, Google Workspace, and applicant systems.
  • Communication: Ability to distill complex information into actionable advice.
  • Service Excellence: A dedicated internal customer service orientation.
  • Precision: Attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Agility: Proven ability to remain professional, discrete, and effective in a high-paced, evolving environment.
