Kitchen Manager
This position pays $16.90 hourly while in training, and a $130 daily rate while working at camp.
The Kitchen Manager oversees camp food service operations and ensures compliance with health department regulations and American Camp Association food service standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and supervise meal preparation and service.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and allergy protocols.
- Manage food inventory and storage.
- Supervise Kitchen Specialist.
- Maintain documentation required by health regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned
