Social Media Coordinator Assistant

📍 In Office | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Secure Choice Lending is looking for a creative, motivated, and tech-savvy Social Media Coordinator Assistant to join our growing marketing team. This role will work directly with our Marketing Director to help create engaging content, assist with social media management, and support our overall brand presence across multiple platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys content creation, photography, graphic design, and working with AI tools in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with shooting photos and video content for social media 
  • Create graphics, reels, and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe, or similar programs 
  • Assist with posting and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms 
  • Utilize AI tools to help generate content ideas, captions, graphics, and marketing concepts 
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials 
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and company events 
  • Organize and maintain content libraries and marketing assets 
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and emerging AI tools 

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends 
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing tools preferred 
  • AI knowledge and familiarity with AI content tools is required 
  • Comfortable taking photos and videos for business marketing purposes 
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Prior social media or marketing experience preferred but not required 

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20.00 per hour 
  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
  • Opportunity for monthly performance-based bonus after successful completion of 90 days, based on quality of work and overall performance
