Assistant Manager Trainee

We are seeking for an Assistant Manager Trainee to represent AT&T Business. Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager Trainee

  • Build management capability by shadowing senior leaders, assisting with scheduling, and practicing leadership techniques that align with AT&T Business standards.
  • Strengthen team engagement by motivating staff, clarifying performance goals, and ensuring consistent service and sales standards across business accounts.
  • Support daily operations by coordinating activities, overseeing promotional campaigns, and ensuring compliance with AT&T Business policies and procedures.
  • Develop sales expertise by guiding clients through AT&T Business solutions, explaining product features, and supporting account growth across enterprise segments.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by documenting interactions, tracking performance metrics, and recording feedback to improve retention, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For in an Assistant Manager Trainee

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or management preferred.
  • Experience in customer support, retail, or sales is highly valued, particularly within subscription‑based or wireless service environments.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with proven capacity to motivate teams and guide performance toward business objectives.
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a growth mindset and commitment to driving team success across AT&T Business operations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital tools to manage accounts, track engagement, and streamline workflows for accuracy, compliance, and enterprise retention.
