Real Estate Associate Appraiser (San Antonio)

The Real Estate Associate Appraiser is responsible for appraisal and consulting assignments pertaining to commercial real estate.  Property types include land, free-standing and multi-tenant retail/shopping centers, single and multi-tenant office buildings, apartments, single and multi-tenant industrial facilities, hotels/motels, churches, daycare facilities, ranches and other special use facilities.

This is initially a training position involving six months of apprenticeship at the San Antonio office. The Associate Appraiser should expect a least two years in the San Antonio office.

A Bachelor’s degree is required. The candidate should have strong writing, analytical, computer and organization skills. The candidate must be able to research and analyze data and present the conclusions in writing in an organized, succinct manner.
