The Q Family Office in Fort Worth is seeking a recent graduate to join its recruiting group as a Recruiting Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a desire to develop their analytical, interpersonal and operational skills. This is a vital position within the firm, as a great deal of emphasis is placed on the recruitment and retention of top talent.
In this role, you will be responsible for original research of and communication with professional talent in the fields of financial services, legal, aviation, real estate, accounting, information technology and administration. You will also have the opportunity to apply your skills to other outside the box projects for the firm relating to recruiting, business issues, and human resource administration. This opportunity will offer exposure to some of the best and brightest minds in the business world in a very fast-paced, exciting environment.
This role is designed with career development in mind. High performers will have the opportunity to transition into a full-cycle recruiter role, taking on sourcing, candidate relationships, and hiring manager partnerships. It is a hands-on way to learn how great recruiting works from the inside out.
Responsibilities may include:
- Evaluating and grading recruiting assessments using AI-assisted scoring tools, applying consistent scoring criteria to surface top candidates and provide structured feedback to hiring team.
- Coordinating interview logistics end-to-end, including scheduling, communicating with candidates, and preparing interviewers.
- Maintaining the recruiting pipeline in Q’s applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate records, stages, and statuses are accurate and up to date.
- Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Supporting onboarding handoffs by ensuring all pre-hire documentation and steps are completed and on schedule.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to communicate professionally with senior executives and external candidates.
- GPA of 3.50 or higher
- Demonstrated interest in business, recruiting or a human resources-related career
- A proven track record of achievement through internships, academic accolades, etc.
- Committed to the position for at least two years
- Committed to work in the company’s office (no WFH) during the company’s typical office hours (8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday-Friday)
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Explored AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive work, synthesize information, or support decision-making - and be able to demonstrate such solutions.
