Job Overview:
As a Media Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting digital media campaigns across multiple platforms while developing your understanding of media planning, campaign execution, performance analysis, and digital advertising. You will work closely with our Media, Creative, and Account teams in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment.
Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and interest in digital media will help support the execution of campaigns and the development of media strategies for our clients. As a driven Media Intern, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Support the Media team in executing digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, RED, Douyin, and WeChat.
- Assist in compiling campaign performance reports and dashboards, including data extraction, organization, and visualization.
- Help prepare internal and client-facing presentation materials, including media plans, post-campaign summaries, performance reports, and creative references.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Media, Creative, and Account, to ensure campaign timelines and deliverables are met.
- Participate in internal brainstorms and meetings to support campaign strategy development.
- Assist with campaign setup and quality-control tasks, including asset trafficking, link verification, and tagging/tracking checks.
- Conduct competitor, industry, platform, and market research to support media planning, campaign strategy, and reporting.
- Maintain organized documentation for campaign files, performance data, platform guidelines, and other media-related resources.
- Support the Media team with additional campaign and administrative tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently involved in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree program. Preferred focus on Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Fluency and mastery in English speaking and writing.
- Strong interest in digital media, paid advertising, social media, and emerging digital platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research, organize information, and communicate findings clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious learner with a clear desire to develop practical experience in digital media and advertising.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, RED, Douyin, or WeChat is a plus.
- Previous internship, academic, or project experience related to digital marketing, advertising, or media is a plus.
