Looking to start your career in Transportation & Logistics? Or ready to take your customer service experience to the next level?
Hotline Delivery Systems is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused professional to join our team.
This is more than a customer service position — it’s an opportunity to learn the transportation and logistics industry, gain valuable experience, and grow your career.
If you're organized, a strong communicator, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments, deliveries, and service inquiries.
- Perform accurate order entry and data entry within internal systems.
- Work closely with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse teams to keep shipments moving smoothly and on schedule.
- Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and shipment records and follow up on open service issues.
- Provide customers with timely updates regarding freight status, delays, and scheduling changes.
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to help prevent service issues.
- Build strong customer relationships through reliable, responsive, and professional service.
- Learn the day-to-day operations of the transportation and logistics industry, including freight, dispatch, deliveries, and customer operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, transportation, or logistics is preferred — but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude with a team-first and customer-first mindset.
- Dependable, professional, and willing to take ownership of your responsibilities.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities.
- Someone who doesn't wait to be told there is a problem — you see it, communicate it, and help solve it.
