As a Forward Integration Engineer (FIE), you'll have the opportunity to build your technical career while gaining hands-on experience with AI, software development, cloud technologies, and enterprise customer solutions.

You'll join us as a full-time employee from day one and begin with our immersive AI Accelerator Program, designed to strengthen your technical capabilities while helping you develop the communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills needed to work with enterprise customers.

Once you successfully complete the program, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with customers, helping design, build, integrate, and implement technology solutions that address real business challenges.

What You'll Do

During the AI Accelerator Program and beyond, you will:

  • Build your skills in AI application development, LLMs, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software technologies
  • Develop hands-on solutions based on real-world business scenarios
  • Design, build, test, integrate, and deploy technology solutions
  • Work with APIs, applications, data, and cloud environments
  • Collaborate with engineers, mentors, and other technical professionals
  • Learn how to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Develop customer-facing communication, presentation, and consulting skills
  • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand challenges and develop practical solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Continue developing your technical and professional skills through mentorship, training, and customer engagements

What We're Looking For

We're looking for early-career technology professionals who have a strong technical foundation and are excited to grow into broader engineering and customer-facing roles.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in Software Engineering, Full-Stack Development, Data Engineering, DevOps, Solutions Engineering, Integration Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline
  • Experience programming in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or another modern programming language
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, data concepts, or scripting
  • Exposure to APIs, REST services, application integration, or software development
  • Familiarity with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI tools, or AI application development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • An interest in working with both technology and business stakeholders
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. as a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident without employer sponsorship
  • Willingness to relocate as required for the role
