Hotline Delivery Systems is looking for a Warehouse Office Clerk who is organized, quick, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced transportation and warehouse environment.

If you’re the type of person who catches mistakes, keeps paperwork organized, and knows how to keep things moving, we want to meet you!

🔥 WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Verify incoming and outgoing freight paperwork
  • Match paperwork to freight, trucks, and information in the system
  • Enter and update information in our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Create receipts and process collection documents
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
  • Update shipment and inventory information
  • Communicate with drivers, forklift operators, dispatchers, and customers
  • Provide forklift operators with accurate instructions on freight locations
  • Check freight, paperwork, and system information for accuracy
  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and warehouse documentation
  • Handle general office and administrative duties
  • Help keep the warehouse office organized and running efficiently

  • Excellent data-entry and computer skills
  • Comfortable working with paperwork and numbers
  • Ability to learn new computer systems and WMS software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Previous warehouse, transportation, logistics, or office experience is a plus
  • Previous WMS experience is a plus
