The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing navigation, search keywords, category and facet management, product assortment, and competitive analysis in partnership with marketing planning, ecommerce, sales, and our merchandising teams. You will develop a world-class shopping experience on our website and ensure that the online merchandising strategy aligns with the organization’s overall business objectives. In addition, you will manage user experience improvement projects, SEO strategy, and online advertising strategies. This position combines digital marketing innovation, customer-centric engagement, implementation, and reporting in a fun and participative managed work environment.

What You'll Do:
·       Collaborate with Product Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing to create a better online shopping experience through search and navigation.
·       Manage search and navigation optimization to create a better online shopping experience. Manage internal and external resources to execute this strategy.
·       Manage homepage banners and landing page marketing and merchandising efforts.
·       Optimize keyword searches on riogrande.com to return effective product results.
·       Test and optimize landing pages to improve customer experience.
·       Recommend website usability and features to the ecommerce team based on research and customer feedback.
·       Manage UX improvement projects and process (Homepage redesign, PDP redesign, my account area redesign).
·       Develop SEO and SMS strategy.
·       Manage digital ads for all search and display networks (Steelhouse, Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest).
·       Analyze online advertising channels (e.g. AdWords, display ads), and adjust and monitor accounts settings to maximize ROI.
·       Oversee the digital roadmap and liaise between marketing, merchandising, eCommerce, and sales teams to implement roadmap and achieve BSC goals.
·       Define, execute and analyze multivariate website tests.
·       Define, design and recommend email marketing circulation plans, contact strategy, and in-depth reporting based on the marketing goals.
·       Act in a consultative manner to assure that the number of email ‘touches’ achieves the financial and marketing goals.
·       Develop holistic circulation plan and contact strategy across email including split testing, and marketing automation, in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Analyst. 

What You'll Need:
·       BS/BA degree required, preferably in a marketing-related field.
·       Understanding of website usability and customer experience.
·       Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices; ability to work at strategic and tactical levels.
·       Ability to learn technology and new processes quickly and stay up to date on industry and technology trends.
·       Experience with ecommerce platforms.
·       Familiarity with search optimization tools such as Elastic Search or SLI Systems.
·       Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
·       Team player with strong skills in working effectively with multiple cross-functional groups.
·       Clear and effective communication skills.
·       Self-starter who develops lasting relationships with key stakeholders, creates win-win partnerships and solves problems to get things done.
