Job Purpose:

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic sales team by facilitating various sales activities and ensuring seamless operation of day-to-day tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient sales operations and aiding in the implementation of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sales activities, including processing and running credit card transactions.
  • Act as a liaison with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials to support sales and promotional efforts.
  • Manage logistical tasks such as ordering lunch and arranging travel and itineraries for sales staff.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication to streamline operations and enhance team effectiveness.
  • Support the VP of Sales and Director of Sales in organizing and coordinating sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Handle inbound calls, addressing queries, and providing necessary information to customers, thereby ensuring excellent service and support.
  • Make outbound customer service calls to clients for updates on orders, resolution of issues, and communication of promotional offers, thereby maintaining a proactive relationship with clients.
     

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office & Google applications. Intermediate-advanced skills in Excel, a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment; able to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Cheerful demeanor, enjoys interacting with people, and highly energetic.
  • Graphic design experience is a plus.

 

Performance Expectations:

  • In the short term, the goal is to effectively fill the operational gaps of our sales manager.
  • Long term expectations include becoming an integral part of the sales process and developing improved business practices.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Salary: $50,000 per year, full-time position.
