Take-Off (AgTek) Technician

-Work closely with estimator to help provide accurate quantities for each project. (Commercial or Residential)

-Have a basic understanding of reading, and understanding plans.

-Basic computer skills i.e exporting PDF's, creating job folders, printing reports etc.

-Provide overall cut and fill volumes in raw cubic yards.

-Provide detailed reports featuring areas (SF) and volumes (CY) of specified report regions (ex: pad areas, streets, retention basins, parcels, units etc.)

-PDF Cut & FIll map (24x36, 12x18 or what is called for.)

-Detailed site summary listing potential design discrepancies, and additional information.
