Ad Operations Coordinator

Job Overview: 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Ad Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a crucial role in managing, implementing, and optimizing ad campaigns across our affiliate networks. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth ad trafficking and performance monitoring.
 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the setup, trafficking, and monitoring of affiliate ad campaigns across multiple platforms.  

- Collaborate with affiliate partners to ensure accurate tracking and proper ad placements.  

- Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI.  

- Troubleshoot tracking and technical issues, working closely with tech teams to resolve discrepancies.  

- Maintain up-to-date documentation of campaign specs, processes, and affiliate guidelines.  

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding ad content and tracking.  

- Assist in onboarding new affiliates, providing them with necessary assets and tracking links.  

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent experience).  

- 2-4 years of experience in ad operations, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.  

- Familiarity with affiliate networks (e.g., CJ, Rakuten, Impact, ShareASale), tracking platforms, and MMPs (e.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.  

- Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.  

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.  

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and optimize campaigns.
