Medical Assistant

Seeking a medical assistant for a solo noncorporate dermatology practice of over 20 years. Would be trained in duties to include Front desk task (check pt in, phones, insurance, administrative duties, etc) as well as assisting in the back office duties (rooming patients, scribing, assisting with surgeries, etc). Medical assistant certification and/or bachelor's degree, or dermatology experience a plus. Looking for someone with strong computer skills and interest in learning/growing as well as staying at a practice. Please do not apply if you can not commit at least a year. Great opportunity for someone taking a gap year before medical/nursing/PA school and eager to learn a lot. Part-time with the opportunity to become Full-time.

Must have a car. 3 to 4 weekdays/week to include MWF 8:15 am-4 pm. 25-32 hours/week. Salary and benefits dependent upon experience.
