Algorithm R&D Engineer
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct cutting-edge research in 3D perception (e.g., scene understanding, object recognition, 3D reconstruction) or 3D generation (e.g., procedural modeling, neural rendering, generative models).
· Develop novel algorithms and systems that enhance 3D understanding or automate the generation of 3D assets for applications in gaming, AR/VR, robotics, or simulation.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product teams, and other researchers, to translate research insights into practical applications.
· Stay abreast of the latest developments in 3D perception, computer vision, AI, and related fields, and apply this knowledge to ongoing research.
· Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals, contributing to the advancement of the field.
· Mentor junior researchers and engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a research-oriented environment.
· Work closely with leadership to define research directions, set project milestones, and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with a focus on computer vision, AI, or 3D graphics.
· Strong experience in 3D perception technologies (e.g., 3D scene understanding, depth sensing, sensor fusion) or 3D generation techniques (e.g., procedural modeling, GANs, neural rendering).
· Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
· Strong mathematical and algorithmic skills, with a deep understanding of computer vision, AI, and graphics concepts.
· Proven track record of research publications in top-tier journals and conferences in areas such as computer vision, graphics, or AI.
· Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
