The Expertise We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Required)
- 1+ years of prior tax preparation & accounting Experience (Required)
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and tools (Required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (Required)
- Prior experience working in financial services Industry (Preferred)

- Ability to manage multiple tasks positively and proactively under tight deadlines
- Exceptional levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and foster great client and staff relationships
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Prepare federal and state individual and corporate, fiduciary/trust tax returns, including estimates
- Prepare and understand monthly financial statements
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws
- Assist clients with tax planning and consulting services
- Be able to research accounting and tax issues
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Complete projects in a timely manner with accuracy
- All other duties as assigned
Pay: Starting pay $50,000-$60,000 DOE
