Graphic Designer / Due Diligence Analyst

What You’ll Do

Graphic Design & Marketing (50%)

· Create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, presentations, reports, and digital content.

· Design branded materials for social media, websites, and investor-facing documents.

· Develop data-driven infographics that make complex information accessible and visually engaging.

· Support internal and external storytelling by transforming insights into high-impact visual narratives.

Due Diligence & Business Analysis (50%)

· Analyze and assess residential mortgage loan files, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.

· Perform financial and credit analysis, reviewing income, assets, and risk factors.

· Use advanced tools to extract and interpret loan data, helping financial institutions make smarter, data-driven decisions.

· Collaborate with a fast-paced team to support real estate and finance transactions, contributing insights that drive business strategy.

Qualifications

· Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas clearly, both visually and analytically.
