Customer Service Representative needed in multiple office locations including Hacienda Heights, Diamond Bar, Irvine, San Gabriel, Cerritos
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating persistence along with problem solving and decision making skills to work with clients through a variety of challenging situations.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Perform supporting tasks for Managers in providing exceptional service to clients by completing assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist clients by answering questions about their policies, providing accurate, valid and complete information such as explaining insurance concepts and processing claims paperwork (training will be provided!)
- Quickly and accurately file applications and process claims
- Provide additional support to teammates and staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Must be able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
