Property Assistant -GROW in Property Management

Commercial property management firm is looking for an experienced Property Assistant to support a beautiful Class A Office property in San Francisco. Company specializes in managing multiple commercial properties for a variety of clients and industries. Responsibilities:

  • Acting as main contact for tenants
  • Answering light phones
  • Managing tenant relations
  • Interfacing with both current and prospective tenants
  • Scheduling vendors for TI and CapEX projects
  • Managing certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors
  • Scheduling on-site events and coordinating various functions
  • Communicating with Owners for specialty needs/reporting
  • Preparing property reporting
  • Communicating with tenants to understand needs
  • Troubleshooting building emergencies/concerns
  • Maintaining compliance documentation
  • Coding accounts payable
  • Billing back for various expenses, per PM's request
  • Assisting PM with various special projects

Special Skills:

  • People oriented
  • Ability to see big picture, yet understand details
  • Strong service ability

Must have:

  • 1+ years experienced as a Property Coordinator or Property Administrator
  • Office experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of financials and working with third party Owners
  • BA or BS preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office and property management software experience (Yardi or MRI desired)
