In-Person Appointment Setter

We are seeking a proactive and personable In-Person Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves directly engaging with potential customers at  retail locations to schedule appointments with our sales representatives or service providers. The ideal candidate will be adept at initiating conversations, building rapport, and effectively communicating the value of our offerings to secure appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Approach potential clients in various settings (e.g., retail locations, business districts, events) to introduce our services and schedule appointments.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and set appointments for sales representatives or service providers based on client availability.

Information Gathering: Collect relevant client information to ensure appointments are tailored to their needs.

Follow-Up: Provide reminders to clients about upcoming appointments and reschedule as necessary.

Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve services and identify potential areas for follow-up.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and public speaking.

Working Conditions:

This is an in-person role requiring travel to various client locations.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Compensation:
