This is a full-time on-site role located in Midland, TX for a CSR Finance Operations. The CSR Finance Operations will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular interaction with clients to enhance the customer experience and support the firm's financial operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
Experience in achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with finance or wealth management is a plus
