Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $19.00-$22.00 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.

Schedule: 

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Flexibility outside of these hours is required.

 

Base Location: Centennial

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all assigned areas within the facility.
  • Empties and cleans trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste disposal.
  • Cleans and disinfects restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Maintains floor surfaces using appropriate methods, including vacuuming, mopping, and operating floor-cleaning equipment.
  • Cleans glass surfaces such as windows, partitions, and mirrors.
  • Assists kitchen staff and supports general facility upkeep.
  • Performs minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
  • Handles light yard work and supports Operations with outdoor maintenance, including snow removal and basic landscaping.
  • Sets up and tears down rooms for meetings and events.
  • Reports mechanical issues and maintenance needs to Building Operations.
  • Manages cleaning supplies and places orders as needed.
  • Secures the building after hours by locking doors and windows.
  • Follows all safety regulations and uses cleaning chemicals/equipment properly.
  • Serves as the primary on-site contact for third-party vendors (e.g., carpet cleaning, HVAC services).

This position will require heavy lifting and previous maintenance/grounds keeping/repair experience.

Company vehicle and all tools will be provided!
 

Requirements:

  • Must have at least one year experience in grounds keeping and/or janitorial service with basic maintenance and repair knowledge
  • Must be professional
  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must have a clean MVR / Meet agency MVR criteria
  • Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one
  • **Experience in the following areas are a plus: Maintenance technician, maintenance assistant, building maintenance, facilities maintenance, handyman, facilities technician, maintenance
