Wedding Planning Intern

Have you dreamed of planning a wedding at iconic venues like The Mayo Hotel, Spain Ranch, Dream Point Ranch, or designing one of a kind photo shoots for publications? You'll want to be on our team this spring.

We're looking for eager, self starters with impeccable organization skills. If your fast paced, outgoing, and have an extremely high work ethic, we're looking for you. No wedding experience necessary, we are looking for someone that loves weddings and hungry to learn.

As an intern you'll be working occasional weddings with us as well as at least 1 day during the week learning the behind the scenes process and secrets of wedding planning from the owner of XO Event Co. On occasion, you'll be invited to attend meetings with clients and/or wedding pros as part of the planning process.

We work with couples and vendors to orchestrate and produce what most of our clients see as biggest day of their lives while safety pinning a bridesmaid into her dress, sweating while loading heavy items into the mom's car, and switching to your third pair of shoes for the day because your feet are starting to hurt so bad from being on them.

Our interns are an extension of our team. You'll meet our clients first hand. If we are stylizing a wedding or shoot, you'll be there to give input and take your shot at designing a beautiful tablescape.
