CLOSET’S MISSION:
We’re celebrating style, community, and 27 beautiful years in San Diego—and we’re looking for a Stylist Associate to join our upbeat, positive team! Your role is to create an exceptional in-store experience for every guest while supporting the Closet brand with style, care, and intention.

As a Stylist Associate, you’ll help us turn casual window-shoppers into loyal Closet fans by offering genuine connection and styling expertise that makes every visitor feel seen, celebrated, and stylish.

👗 What You’ll Do

Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm

Provide personalized styling tips and suggestions

Assist customers with product selection, fitting room support, and final decisions

Stay informed and organized: know pricing, signage, and item placement

Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager

Keep the sales floor beautifully stocked, tagged, and merchandised

Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming space—including the stockroom and bathroom

Lift and move merchandise (10–30 lbs.) and be on your feet throughout the shift

Cashier duties available for those interested
