Entry Level Account Manager

We specialize in taking our client's customer service and sales initiatives to the next level. This consultative approach has increased our clients' brand popularity and created additional opportunities within our company for growth and development. Our Entry Level Account Managers continue to be the point of contact for our clients in the telecommunications industry. They initiate, maintain, and sustain relationships with new and existing customers.

As the Entry Level Account Manager, you are responsible for connecting with prospective customers and delivering engaging and informative product presentations on behalf of our telecommunications client. We pride ourselves on our ability to establish lasting relationships with customers and clients, so a high degree of communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are needed to succeed in this Entry Level Account Manager role. We are also looking for an Entry Level Account Manager who is quick to provide quality solutions, does not shy away from a challenge, and is always striving to improve their professional skills and personal development.

Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Execute engagement strategy, connect with potential customers, and deliver thorough product presentations that highlight our telecom client’s products and services
  • Be an expert on our client’s offerings as well as industry standards in order to provide the highest level of service to the customers at each event
  • Give quick presentations and answer any additional questions
  • Participate and engage in ongoing in-house training and development with other Entry Level Account Managers
  • Eagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges

What We Are Looking For In Our Next Entry Level Account Manager:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience in telecommunications, customer service, sales, retail, or related field is highly encouraged
  • Exemplary communication skills and negotiation tactics
  • Impeccable time management skills and the ability to adapt to many situations
  • Discipline to self-dedication to constant learning and improvement
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Approachable, friendly, and positive demeanor while working with the team and customers
