Wireless Sales Associate

As a result of this rapid expansion, we are looking for motivated, growth-oriented individuals to join our team as Wireless Sales Associates! As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will benefit from a comprehensive, tried, and tested training program that is designed to both instruct and empower employees in all functions of business management. Throughout your participation in this training program, you will learn all the skills necessary to excel in a management role, including but not limited to sales, customer service, team management, and internal business operations, from our experienced senior staff. You will also benefit from career guidance from senior management, including our CEO, to support your growth within our organization and beyond.
 

Key Responsibilities of a Wireless Sales Associate:

  • Lead presentations of sales pitches to potential customers, instructing junior staff on how to highlight the benefits of available products and services to customers in need
  • Retain knowledge regarding customer service strategies, sales methods, and team management techniques quickly and thoroughly to be able to teach and train others
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, human resources, and recruitment departments to actively contribute to the overall growth of the company and improve personal skills
  • Demonstrate strong management skills by monitoring the performance of junior staff members and identifying areas for improvement
  • Ability to receive and give both positive and constructive feedback when necessary in a manner conducive to employee morale and company goals
     

Qualifications of a Wireless Sales Associate:

  • 1+ years experience in a management/leadership role, preferred
  • Sales and/or customer service background is a plus
  • Goal-oriented individuals with a passion for working with others
  • Resilient, able to view obstacles as opportunities to learn and grow
  • Proactive individuals able to take strong initiative when necessary
