Join Our Team as a Lead Software Developer!

 

Are you an innovative developer with a strong foundation in web development and object-oriented design? We’re looking for a Lead Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge applications. If you are passionate about web application development and eager to apply your skills with the latest technologies, this opportunity is for you!

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Write Well-Designed Code: Develop efficient, testable, and maintainable code that adheres to project plans and industry standards.
  • Build REST Endpoints: Create robust RESTful services using C# and .NET Core.
  • Database Management: Construct and optimize Linq and SQL queries to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work professionally as part of an Agile Scrum Team, contributing to team goals and supporting fellow developers.
  • Mentor & Guide: Provide coaching and guidance to less-experienced developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a hands-on coding expert in software development, delivering solutions that meet business needs.
  • Meet Sprint Commitments: Ensure timely delivery of tasks and actively participate in sprint planning and reviews.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years of experience in developing web applications.
    • Proficient in C#, .NET Core, Linq, and Entity Framework (EF).
    • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
    • Familiarity with at least one popular web framework for application development.
    • Experience with front-end technologies such as Vue.js and Bootstrap is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to document requirements and specifications clearly.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
