What You’ll Do:

Connect with small businesses to explore their employee benefit needs

Present Aflac's supplemental insurance options virtually or in person

Guide employees through benefit enrollment and provide ongoing support

Develop real-world skills in communication, sales, and relationship-building

What You Need:

18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Willingness to obtain a life and health insurance license (study help provided)

Self-starter attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Interest in business, sales, HR, or healthcare fields is a plus
