About the Role:
Mine Baseball is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer baseball brand, and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team full-time in our Irving, TX office. You’ll serve as the voice of Mine Baseball across customer service platforms and work directly with our fulfillment team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong writing and organizational skills who’s passionate about baseball, loves helping others, and wants to grow with a brand making real noise in the space.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and other platforms
Accurately process orders, shipping updates, exchanges, and returns
Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve customer issues
Enter and track orders within our fulfillment and CRM tools
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Monitor trends and report customer feedback to help improve our service
Maintain a positive and brand-aligned tone in all communication
Minimum Requirements:
Must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and be able to work from our Irving office daily
Excellent written communication and grammar skills
Strong computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Shopify, email, social platforms)
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Organized, dependable, and proactive
Interest in baseball or sports is a big plus
