Sales Associate

About the Role:

Low Cost Construction is looking for driven, people-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Associates in Arizona’s best cabinet and countertop showroom. This is a great opportunity to get in with a growing company and play a direct role in its expansion and success.

In this role, you’ll do more than just sell — you’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers design beautiful spaces and discover the best solutions for their homes or projects.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers in our showroom

Guide clients through cabinet and countertop options, pricing, and design

Follow up with existing leads and manage your own pipeline

Reach out to potential new customers — homeowners, contractors, or designers

Represent the LCC brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Keep the showroom organized and support day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and a positive, professional presence

Self-motivated and eager to grow

Interest in sales, customer service, or design

Comfortable interacting with customers in person and by phone

Organized and detail-oriented; CRM experience is a plus
