Everyone at the plant was super nice and very helpful. The engineers made sure I got to work on a lot of different projects to build up my skills. I had help when I needed it but was also allowed to work independently.

Lots of hours in the summer and a fixed schedule for the school year. Paid training too!

Slight flexibility in activities. Sometimes nobody was feeling it and a different activity would have been better for the kids and leaders.

Be prepared to move!
